Pan Head

All of the screws in this table are Metric 18-8 Stainless Steel Phillips Flat Head Screws. These screws are used when I do not want to see a screw head sticking out of the model. Usually, I use countersunk screws for coupler boxes.

3D Printed Pins

When I glue 3D-printed parts together, I use 3D-printed pins to guide them in place. I prefer using these over filament because they are straight and come in the exact length. They may have a bit of elephant foot from printing, but overall, they work very well. The dimensions of the parts are shown in mm in the figures below. The tolerances are 0.25mm on the sides and 0.25mm on the top and bottom combined.
